Each Room has its own atmosphere independent on other Rooms. When Rooms are joined, their atmospheres are mixed (rooms size weighted).
Atmosphere consist of Gases and has Pressure.
Gases can be filtered and processed transformed or stored.
Composition of Atmosphere is constantly changing - Colonists and Factories are consuming Oxygen and producing Carbon Dyoxide and Pollution.
